KAN Development sells apartments in Respublika, a residential quarter near Teremky metro in Kyiv that is built house by house. Buyers want fresh construction news, plans and prices, while the sales team needs qualified contacts rather than anonymous chats. The goal was a friendly Messenger assistant that marketing could update on its own, with segmented news broadcasts and lead data ready for ad retargeting.

We reused the architecture proven on the SAGA bot and gave KAN its own content, flows and admin panel. The bot asks the visitor’s name, then offers an image-card menu: news, location with a map pin, infrastructure, documents, purchase terms and photo reports from the site. Each floor plan has a ‘price and availability’ call button. Typed questions go to the shared Python NLP engine. A six-step questionnaire ends with a lead sent to sales by email with the chat transcript and to Bitrix24, followed by matching plans.
