Serious amateur photographers submit the same images to dozens of international photo salons a year, each with its own deadlines, sections, fees, patronage rules and result tables. Most of them tracked this in spreadsheets, so they lost deadlines, re-entered titles by hand and could not answer simple questions: which photo earns the most acceptances, in which countries, and how close they are to the next distinction.

We built a Laravel web app with Vue components and Pug templates. Photographers keep a calendar of future salons with deadline reminders, record past participations, upload result spreadsheets (parsed with PhpSpreadsheet) to mark acceptances and awards per image, and manage a personal gallery with per-photo statistics. Charts show results by salon, country and photo. Access is sold as a PayPal subscription with vouchers and discount codes, and an admin panel covers users, discounts and support. I designed the architecture and led the backend.
