Real Estate Social Media Strategy for Organic Growth

Real estate brands are no longer competing only through physical presence or referrals and that’s because the new marketplace for real estate is now online. This project was created as a full organic social media strategy for a real estate company targeting buyers, investors, first-time homeowners, renters, and high-net-worth clients.

My goal was to design a strategy that turns social media into a lead engine, reduces ad spend, and positions the brand as a trusted authority in Nigeria’s competitive real estate market.

This strategy was built to deliver nine core outcomes every real estate brand needs:

Increased brand awareness and visibility

Profile: Young professionals o families or couples taking their first step into property ownership.

Pain Points: Limited knowledge of the buying process, tight budgets, confusion around financing.

Content Strategy: Use step-by-step guides, financing tips, relatable buyer stories, and educational content to build trust.

Profile: Current homeowners upgrading to a larger or more luxurious space.

Pain Points: Navigating the sale of their current home, timing the market, finding the right fit.

Content Strategy: Comparative market insights, home valuation tools, testimonials/case studies, and property tour.

Profile: Individuals or firms buying to rent, flip, or diversify their portfolios.
