As the Director of Marketing Operations at ByHeart, I was tasked with overseeing full-service marketing operations for the company's internal marketing and creative teams. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Product Marketing in New York City, I led commercial project management, process implementation, resource allocation, and production administration to facilitate best-in-class work. My role was pivotal in understanding the company's structure and supporting a robust marketing process and workflow.
Core Responsibilities
Working within the Brand Team and collaborating cross-functionally, I established trust and served as the steward for all cross-functional Commercial Team projects. Key responsibilities included:
Serving as the source of truth for all cross-functional Commercial Team projects, managing initiatives from start to finish, and communicating project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
Managing the task management platform (Asana), Gantt charts, and project workflows across the commercial department.
Developing, implementing, and optimizing project management processes to enhance efficiency and increase output.
Leading prioritization, resource allocation, and timelines for creative team requests company-wide, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Advising senior leadership on resource allocation and managing project budgets for various campaigns, initiatives, and shoots.
