Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) isn't a typical recruitment company. They specialize in connecting businesses with remote accounting professionals (bookkeepers, accountants, tax specialists, auditors, and virtual assistants) from their carefully vetted talent pool.
The traditional staffing model they wanted to disrupt:
Employers submit requirements and wait for recruiters to send candidates
Limited visibility into the full talent pool

No way to browse, compare, or shortlist candidates independently
