Chat feature is created as a customer service form to maintain customer's satisfactory. The first wireframe describes how chat list and chat room will look like. It also contains how small features like message template and transaction cards will look like.

Below is the latest UI Design. Some of the elements like assign tabbing are changed into a more minimalist design, circle lines are added to user's avatar to describe their membership tier and assign status are added on the right side of the chat room. We decided to change the way template messages are used by using command-like system inside the chat box.
