Overview 🔎

The Product
PeduliLindungi is an app developed and used in the pandemic era to help government agencies to track and discontinue the spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)
“Telemedicine” feature is available in PeduliLindungi to provide health services for anyone via online. I’m going to observe the copy(s) used in this page.
The Problem
In this pandemic era, telemedicine is a key service needed by Covid patients or anyone to replace offline health check-up or consultations. By adding this feature on PeduliLindungi, user can personally search and find best telemedicine services for their health needs.

Observation 🤝

Copy #1
Remember the title on the previous page?
It says “Telemedicine”, meanwhile on this page it says “Teledokter”, indicating inconsistency and discontinuity in current and previous copy.
Copy #2
It’s a little bit too lengthy and wordy for it to be heading title. This page is accessed by those in a rush and panic situation, thus not having enough time to read a lengthy heading.
Copy #3
This small tooltip informs user about third-party policy which is very important. Again, it is too lengthy and user tends to scan or even skip lengthy sentences.
Copy #4
Repeating title on the sub-title isn’t going to help user to understand what the section is for. This also makes the section robotic, less eye-catchy and repetitive.
Alternatives

Conclusion🎁

Here is the compiled version of the alternative copy(s) created.
