Problems
Unclear highlighting of crucial information
In line with the Pinang Flexi product's purpose, users primarily seek information about loan details, monthly installments, and monthly due dates.
It's important to remember that some users place significant importance on due dates and installment details, as this concerns "money," which is very sensitive for a loan-based product service.
Therefore, the information on this page is not sufficiently highlighted for the information needed by users.
Critical information missing
As Flexi is one of Bank Raya's products, we want to display information that is informative and user-friendly.
One aspect of user psychology is wanting to know whether their goals can be easily achieved or if they will be frustrated by not displaying the information they need.
We can call this a UX Dark Pattern, and it's our biggest challenge to display relevant information on one page with good visuals and experience.
Goals
How might we highlight information based on user needs?
How might we group valuable information for users on a single page?
How might we create an appealing visual experience for users?
