Bank Raya, a digital bank in Indonesia, offers many products to meet user needs. But, the design team has trouble keeping designs consistent and easy to use across these products. A recent survey showed that 90% of designers think the current design system is not good enough for coming up with ideas. This has led to a 60% drop in daily work efficiency. The lack of consistency across products and poor documentation for using design components makes it hard to create new ideas. If not fixed, this problem could badly affect the bank's product development and user experience in the long run.
