Website Redesign for Mobiles Wellness Center

Overview

Mobiles Wellness Center offers on-demand spa services, delivering wellness and relaxation directly to users—wherever they are. The goal of this project was to redesign the website to improve user experience, increase bookings, and create a clear, intuitive path from landing to checkout. The new design focuses on conversion and accessibility while reflecting the brand's calm, professional identity.

Challenges

Language Barrier: Communicating with the client in a different language was initially challenging, but I leveraged Google Translate and scheduled consistent feedback sessions to bridge the gap.
Low Conversion: The existing site did not guide users effectively to the booking page, leading to drop-offs and abandoned sessions.
Cluttered Flow: Users found it difficult to navigate the old site due to unclear call-to-actions and an inconsistent layout.

My Role

As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for:
Conducting a UX audit on the existing website to identify key pain points.
Collaborating closely with the client to define a more effective booking flow.
Redesigning the website to reflect a modern, professional, and calming user interface.
Creating high-fidelity Figma prototypes optimized for both mobile and desktop.

Process

Discovery & Audit Reviewed the previous website to identify usability gaps and friction points in the booking journey.
User Flow Mapping Designed a clear, focused booking flow to minimize steps and maximize conversion.
Wireframes & Structure Sketched low-fidelity wireframes to define the layout hierarchy and guide attention to key CTAs.
High-Fidelity UI Design Applied a soothing color palette, soft typography, and inviting visuals to align with the wellness experience and support decision-making.
Prototyping & Handoff Built interactive Figma prototypes and prepared all assets for handoff to developers, ensuring design consistency across devices.

Results

Simplified Booking Process: Users can now book a service in just a few clicks, with fewer distractions and clearer navigation.

Client Satisfaction: The client appreciated the collaborative process, regular reviews, and how the final design aligned with their goals.

Takeaways

Language Shouldn't Be a Barrier: With empathy, patience, and the right tools, effective cross-language collaboration is possible.
Less is More: Reducing cognitive load and keeping the journey focused led to a cleaner, more effective experience.
Listening = Designing Better: Frequent check-ins with the client helped refine every section for purpose and clarity.
