When Alamyn first came to me, they had big ideas and a brand book, but no digital presence yet. No website, no backend systems, no customer journey mapped out. Just vision, passion, and the raw ingredients to work with.
They wanted more than a simple website. They needed a complete system that could take them from “just getting started” to having a scalable foundation for courses, coaching, and future launches.
Starting From Scratch
Since we were building from the ground up, I began with strategy. Over detailed questionnaires and discovery calls, we clarified:

Core offers and enrolment goals
This gave us the roadmap for everything that followed, marketing, copy, design, and Kajabi setup.
Crafting the Messaging
From there, I created all the sales-focused website copy, starting with a messaging framework that tied everything together. The goal was clear: copy that connected, built trust, and made taking the next step irresistible.
I also suggested supporting elements like testimonials, FAQs, and opt-ins, ensuring every page worked strategically, not just visually.
Designing the Experience
Next, I built out wireframes and flowcharts to map the customer journey from discovery to enrolment. This made sure every touchpoint supported conversions.
Alongside the structure, I provided design direction to keep the look consistent, professional, and emotionally resonant with Alamyn’s audience.
Building It Out in Kajabi
With the vision approved, I spent the next months bringing it to life in Kajabi. I created a responsive, SEO-friendly website and landing pages, then went deeper into the backend to set up everything needed for a smooth-running business:

Automated checkout pages with onboarding
Event setup for future marketing campaigns
Collaboration Over 4 Months
This wasn’t a quick handoff. For four months, we worked side by side with two structured review rounds and constant communication via Slack. That collaboration made the process transparent, supportive, and stress-free, exactly how I like to work with clients.
