MVP Development and Market Validation for TuConsumo

TuConsumo negotiates energy tariffs in bulk with suppliers.

They bring together hundreds of businesses and households in a single group negotiation to access the lowest energy rates on the market. This way, they reduce rates for everyone in our community.

Each month, they launch a new negotiation round. Whoever registers during that period will automatically be included in the group and gain access to the conditions they negotiate with the leading energy providers.

The more companies that join, the greater their bargaining power… and the better the prices for everyone.

For this project, I helped the founder define the MVP. We created a landing page for it and helped him validate market needs, which allowed us to gather proper data and pivot when necessary.
