Transforming learning and skill development

GINUX Tech Academy is an innovative online learning platform designed to make digital skills acquisition more accessible and engaging. The platform offers a unique experience by structuring its courses as interactive "Channels," each equipped with multimedia training content, assignments, and gamified user engagement through a proprietary reward system called Ginux Coin. Additional features such as Resume Builder AI and Job Prep AI are incorporated to support learners beyond the classroom.

The primary goal of this project was to design an intuitive, engaging, and scalable UI/UX system that reflects GINUX's mission of democratizing tech education. Specific objectives included:

Redefining learning modules as "Channels" to encourage ongoing engagement.

Building a multi-functional landing page to promote featured content and job ads.

Creating user-centered flows for authentication, payments, class participation, and content access.

Designing features to support assessments, certification, and community building.

Introducing interactive tools like Resume Builder AI and Job Prep AI, accessible via a reward-based system.

One of the main challenges I faced was designing a user interface that seamlessly blends diverse functionalities, such as payments, gamification, and AI utilities without overwhelming the user. Ensuring that first-time users could intuitively navigate through the platform while preserving advanced functionalities for power users required careful planning of user flows and wireframes. Additionally, accommodating both unauthenticated users (with view-only access) and authenticated channel members (with full features) added complexity to the access control design.

I conducted a feature-based breakdown and designed a responsive, modular interface with clearly segmented access states. I implemented a dynamic layout system for the channels that allowed users to view timetables, join classes, complete assignments, and earn rewards without friction. The landing page was structured to serve as a central hub showcasing top posts, job opportunities, and updates, while AI-based tools were integrated with a coin-gated access model to drive user retention and platform monetization.
