🎯 Who is Indomio, and why a Knowledge Base?
Indomio is a B2B and B2C real estate company and to minimize the time of insertion of new agents (B2B) and answer all customers questions (B2C) they ask me to design a Knowledge Base website.

I used the Double Diamond method.

After the Benchmark phase, I started sketching some Wireframes and discuss them with Team Leader and Product Manager. When we found the best proposal, I designed the final Interfaces 👨🏼💻
(Discovery) Benchmark, over 10 websites
In this phase I compared other 10 Knowledge Base websites of other companies. Each website has the screenshot of every step of user flow, with Pros and Cons. To minimize time, I've attached the website's KB link on the name of it (😏⏱)
(Define) Wireframing, what is the best solution for us?
In this phase my focus was on the features and the structure of the elements of every page.
When with the PM and the TL we've decided the best proposal, I've started to building the UI with our UI Kit.
(Design) User Interfaces for Desktop, Tablet and mobile
Oh! We have finally added the Indomio brand's colors, typefaces and components 🎉
