Website & Program Migration to Kajabi for Focal Dystonia Method
Project Overview
The Focal Dystonia Method project involved a complete migration from Zoho Learn and Zoho CRM to Kajabi, creating a more seamless experience for both existing and new students. The goal was to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption for members while providing a more modern, intuitive learning experience.
P.S. This project represents the second stage of our collaboration with Focal Dystonia Method. You can view the first stage here.
Phase 1 – Website Redesign & Kajabi Development
We redesigned the existing website pages in Figma to improve the user experience, modernize the visual design, and better organize the content. We also designed several new pages that expanded the website beyond its original structure.
Once the designs were approved, we developed the entire website in Kajabi, recreating each page with responsive layouts and custom sections while maintaining consistency with the Figma designs.
Phase 2 – Migration, Automations & Launch
To complete the transition to Kajabi, we migrated the client database from Zoho CRM, preserving contact segmentation and ensuring a seamless experience for existing members.
We also streamlined the enrollment journey, implemented automated email sequences, integrated the Facebook community, thoroughly tested the new platform, and completed the final domain switch – delivering a fully operational Kajabi website ready for both new and existing students.
Final Overview
This project delivered a complete Kajabi experience – from a redesigned website and improved user journey to seamless automations and a successful platform launch. By combining thoughtful design with a reliable technical implementation, we created a modern, scalable solution that supports both the business and its growing community.
