An HR executive dashboard built in Power BI to track workforce metrics across departments, locations and years for a global organisation of 17,000 plus employees. Designed for HR leadership and senior management who need a clear picture of headcount, attrition and diversity at a glance.

Page one covers the executive summary with total active employees, attrition rate, average tenure, average age and female diversity as headline KPIs, supported by new hires vs terminations trend charts, headcount growth over years and department wise attrition breakdown.

Page two goes deeper into workforce composition covering gender distribution, workforce distribution by race and a quarterly drill down matrix showing headcount trend, hiring trend, exit trend and attrition rate by year and quarter.

Built using DAX measures, Power Query and native Power BI visuals with a clean teal and white design suited for board level presentations.
