Page one covers the executive summary with total active employees, attrition rate, average tenure, average age and female diversity as headline KPIs, supported by new hires vs terminations trend charts, headcount growth over years and department wise attrition breakdown.
Page two goes deeper into workforce composition covering gender distribution, workforce distribution by race and a quarterly drill down matrix showing headcount trend, hiring trend, exit trend and attrition rate by year and quarter.
Built using DAX measures, Power Query and native Power BI visuals with a clean teal and white design suited for board level presentations.

The build features KPI summary cards, a revenue trend line chart with year over year comparison, bubble map for geographic performance, category performance breakdown and a dynamic narrative summary highlighting key insights automatically.
