My role in this project is the role of a UI/UX designer. I came up with a seamless User Interface in order to not deviate partially from the original User Experience.

The 'Double Diamond' process maps the divergent and convergent stages of a design process It describes significant up-front design, before going on to produce a final solution. Working this way means that solutions are generally perfected before public release.

Here divergent thinking was applied, meaning I opened my minds and consider everything I know about the customers, with no constraints or prejudices. The best way I did this was to talked to customers, interview them, watch them use the products, listen to what they say online and learnt everything I could about their routine and needs.

At this stage I made a short list of the problems I selected during stage 1 and defined a clear problem I intended to solve, focusing on specific experiences within the Customer Journey.

This third quarter of the Double Diamond design process model represents the period when the actual solutions or concepts are developed, prototyped, tested, and iterated. This trial-error period helped me to refine their ideas.

At this final stage, I was able to focus on what can be delivered with the given resources and what solutions can meet the customers’ needs. I selected the key areas that needed a solution, then finalized filling in the template.
