Generated a 4 week ramp up plan focusing on small milestones built up to weekly goals. Each plan was templated but customizable to fit the employees knowledge and goals. I developed a training and onboarding plan for the new employee and their internal mentor to follow along with. Inclusive of links, resources, personnel mapping and peer introductions.

Documentation was generated via Sharepoint, Google Slides, Google Docs.

Tooling and account access was created within JIRA, Smartsheets and Salesforce.
