Covett Delivery is a revolutionary app designed to make small item delivery quick and easy. As a product designer, I was tasked with creating a streamlined user experience that would help users get their packages delivered with ease. To achieve this goal, I conducted in-person UX research on the NYU campus to understand user needs and preferences. Armed with this knowledge, I designed the entire app from scratch, ensuring that every aspect of the user journey was optimized for convenience and efficiency.
