GiANT - Online Leadership Platform

I serve as the Director of User Experience at GiANT where over the past few years we've built the standard in online leadership training. Built on an extensive personality system, GiANT OS gives users access to powerful content and insights to help build better leaders across organizations.

As the sole designer, I led everything from platform design to brand design to marketing and web design.

Using GiANT OS, companies all around the world have access to training content built on the principles of GiANT's leadership values. Certified consultants - called Guides - can manage their entire coaching business from a personal dashboard, complete with financial data, custom storefront, and client management tools.
