The problem
In bookkeeping, someone logs each invoice in a spreadsheet by hand and then writes the email to the client who owes it.
What I built
A new invoice PDF lands in a Google Drive folder, and the n8n workflow starts.
n8n reads the text, and Gemini pulls out the invoice details.
n8n adds a row to Google Sheets.
OpenAI writes the email to the client who owes the invoice, and Gmail sends it.
