Coaches need a steady flow of emails, captions, videos and SMS. The planning, drafting and approvals lived in the owner's head and took up their week.
What I built
A Bubble app with OpenAI and n8n behind it, in 4 stages:
Ideation: topics and angles, planned with AI.
Drafting: emails, captions, video scripts and SMS.
Review: a person approves each piece before it ships.
Handoff: approved content, ready to schedule.
