When I got a message from my clients I sent them a few questions them to answer, so I could know them better. After I got that message. I make mood board, show them what I think design could look like combining my idea with their. If they like that idea, I start designing. Now I finished design, I sent them and If they don't like it I design it until it is perfect for them.
Story of brand Donut queen
Owner of this cute donut shop was lovely girl. When she messaged me I sent her questions. Through questions I found out she love pink but want to look relaxed. So I decide to mix it adding colors of pink but paler and calmer.
