Over the last two years, I created, developed, and executed a social media strategy for all of ThriftCon's social platforms. Because social media is an ever-changing tool, this required constant adaptation to current trends and algorithms. I identified our custumer profiles and created a specific strategy for each of these profiles to move them further along the customer journey.
