Framer development for a premium B2B healthcare website

Health Impact Alliance needed a website that could present a complex healthcare offering in a way that felt clear, credible, and premium.
The site had to speak to partners, explain the certification model, support content publishing, and create a polished digital presence for a B2B audience. My role was focused entirely on Framer development.

Around 10 pages built in Framer, delivered in 2 days.

The build included a full page system, reusable components, CMS collections, and custom forms. It was not a lightweight marketing site, but a structured website with multiple content types and a strong motion layer throughout the experience.

Development scope

I built the site across roughly 10 pages and set up CMS collections for Teammates, Blog, Press, and Events, creating a foundation that the client could continue to scale after launch. I also developed several forms, including Become a Partner, Contact Us, and a multi-step Certificate Application flow.
In addition to the CMS and form setup, I created custom responsive tabs components for content-heavy sections and a reusable heading component that allowed selected words inside titles to use alternate styling. That helped keep the content flexible while preserving consistency across the site.

The goal was not only to ship quickly, but to make the website feel custom, refined, and stable in production.

Motion and interaction

A major part of the project was the interaction layer. Since the audience is B2B and healthcare-focused, the motion needed to feel intentional and premium—not decorative or overly expressive. I used animation to improve pacing, add clarity, and elevate the experience without taking attention away from the content.

Dynamic navigation

I developed a navigation system that transforms on scroll from a full header into a floating version. This reduced visual weight as users moved through the page while keeping navigation accessible and present.

Custom hero animation

For the hero section, I implemented a custom animation to give the opening screen stronger presence and a more polished first impression. It helped establish a premium feel immediately, while still keeping the message clear and readable.

Organic cable animation

One of the more bespoke interaction details was the hanging cable animation. The motion needed to feel natural rather than mechanical, so I built it with a softer, more organic behavior closer to how suspended cables move in real life.

Multi-step process animation

I also built a multi-frame animation with carefully timed triggers to present a four-step process for turning raw data into meaningful insights and actions. This sequence required precise coordination between multiple elements and transitions, making it one of the more technically detailed parts of the build.

Outcome

The final result is a premium Framer website for a B2B healthcare brand that combines scalable CMS architecture, custom components, and a tailored motion system. Despite the short timeline, the build feels structured, intentional, and highly polished.

This project is a strong example of how Framer can support fast execution without sacrificing quality, responsiveness, or custom behavior.
