Project Context
For a long time, Se Loger has been helping property owners in France rent their properties. However, there was a lack of a solution to assist them in selling their homes.
Se Loger is part of the AVIV Group, which already offers real estate services in Germany and Belgium, where users can also sell their properties.
The AVIV Group aims to enable everyone to find their ideal place by providing a comprehensive service for all property owners. This is how this project was born.
Discovery Phase
We first analyzed the brands within the AVIV Group that offer sales services to understand their strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of competitors.
Next, we conducted several interviews with users to gather their opinions on real estate sales. Along with my Product Manager, we also interviewed potential buyers to understand both perspectives.
We compiled a report, posing "How Might We?" questions to stimulate innovative ideas for the Delivery phase.
Delivery Phase
We divided this task into two parts:
Designing the process for creating a listing
Creating the necessary components and information for each step.
We explored different layouts through workshops and design iterations, ultimately arriving at two possible solutions.
We then conducted user testing to evaluate these layouts and gather initial feedback on the overall process.
Working between two design systems
The transformation was essential for the AVIV Group. The main goal was to create a new Design System adaptable to each service and brand, thereby establishing a common language.
We had to design using the Se Loger Design System while anticipating the future Design System to facilitate the upcoming migration.
