Redesign Your World — TVC-Style Ad for LUPA AI Showcasing Nanobanana Pro

A one-minute commercial built to test whether AI generation can hold together at TVC standard: consistent characters, controlled transitions, and a cut that moves. Frames generated in Nanobanana Pro, motion through Higgsfield Cinema Studio, assembled and finished in DaVinci Resolve and After Effects.

Client: LUPA AI

Role: Creative Director, Video Editor, AI Video Producer Format: 1-minute TVC Generation: Nanobanana Pro, Higgsfield Cinema Studio Post: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects

The brief

The gap in AI commercial work isn't image quality — it's continuity. Generators produce beautiful single clips and then lose the character between them: the face shifts, the wardrobe changes, the light moves. That's fine for a mood piece and fatal for a commercial, where a viewer has to follow one person through a sequence. The concept was to build a spot that survives that problem rather than editing around it.

The Modular Frame Technique

Rather than generating a single randomized clip per scene, I broke every scene into discrete beats — Shot 1A, 1B, 1C — and generated them as a set.
Distinct elements were generated within the same environmental seed to keep backgrounds consistent across beats. The end frame of one segment then became the start frame of the next, which is what holds the character locked across the full sequence instead of letting the model reinterpret them every generation.

Character and environment control

Nanobanana Pro handled wardrobe and environment changes inside a single frame while keeping anatomy and lighting intact — which is what makes a transition read as a costume change rather than a different person.
The edit itself is fast, built around an infinite-zoom logic so every character and location shift lands inside one continuous move instead of reading as a cut between unrelated clips. Speed ramping and custom transitions were built in Resolve and After Effects; the generators don't produce that rhythm on their own.

The result

The spot works as a proof of concept for AI-led commercial production: high-end advertising aesthetics without the traditional production footprint, and fast enough to iterate on. What that actually buys is script freedom — it makes bolder, more adventurous concepts affordable for brands that would otherwise be priced out of them.
