Wisdom portal:
The Wisdom Portal was developed to centralize and accelerate the manual operations carried out by both the operations and development teams. This tool was designed to automate critical tasks such as outage management, MTTR (Mean Time to Response) management, and hotfix deployments. A major component of the portal is its role-based access control,  which grants access to users based on custom permissions tailored to their specific roles or teams. Integration with the organization’s LDAP system also streamlined user authentication and management.
Tech Stack:
The Wisdom Portal was built using Angular and PrimeNG for the front-end, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface. The back-end is powered by Express.js, and cloud-based storage is handled by Google Cloud’s Datastore and Cloud Buckets. AWS SNS (Simple Notification Service) facilitates seamless notifications. Additionally, advanced data processing and AI-powered features leverage machine learning to optimize team operations.
Key Features:
Role-Based Access Control: Ensures secure access for users based on team/group affiliation.
Outage and MTTR Management: Provides a CRUD UI to manage incidents, with pre populated fields to improve efficiency of the first response 
AI-Powered Chatbot: The chatbot recommends incident resolutions based on historical data from incident channels and emails, reducing MTTR and improving SLA compliance.
Natural Language Query Interface: Allows users to run queries on Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Prometheus via an English-language interface, powered by LLMs (Large Language Models) for query translation.
Component Upgrade Request Portal: A unified UI for the development team to request component upgrades, with scheduled jobs that automatically deploy across thousands of customer stacks.
By automating critical operations and offering intelligent, user-friendly interfaces, the Wisdom Portal successfully reduced manual intervention and significantly enhanced the productivity of both operational and development teams.
