Kodezi is an AI-powered developer tool that helps engineers debug, optimise, and understand code faster. The product was strong — but the website wasn't doing it justice. Visitors landed and left without understanding what Kodezi actually did or why it mattered to them.

The existing site suffered from unclear messaging and a layout that buried the value proposition. CTAs were weak, the hero didn't communicate the core benefit immediately, and the overall experience felt generic for a product operating in a competitive AI-dev-tools space. Conversion was the casualty.

We started with messaging architecture before touching a single UI element — mapping the visitor journey and identifying exactly where comprehension broke down. The goal: make the value undeniable within the first scroll.

From there, we restructured the information hierarchy to lead with outcomes, not features. Every section was designed to answer a specific question a skeptical developer would have what is this, why should I care, does it work, how do I start.

Visually, we matched the aesthetic to the audience. Developers are discerning; they distrust fluff. The design language was kept sharp, technical, and confident purposeful whitespace, tight typography, and a clear visual rhythm that moved users toward the CTA without friction.
