Optimized the app's interface and user experience, using Fig Jam to map user journeys and Figma to create polished prototypes, all within a challenging timeframe.

Conducted an online survey using tally forms and dive into deeper conducted of workshops covering UI and UX of existing apps that were used to help them understand current pain points, needs, and aspirations. Moms provided insight into current brand perception and how the brand could evolve in the future through the eyes of the customer. We also presented a series of mood boards and design directions that allowed customers to vote on and discuss desirable and undesirable visual elements based on their vision of the future. To understand user challenges and goals, approached 10 women with different age groups to conduct direct user interviews to understand women's fertility treatments and delivery options.

Redesigned the app's interface and user experience, mapped user journeys in FigJam, crafted polished prototypes in Figma, and established a design system within tight project constraints.

After conducting market research, competitive audits, and user observation/need-finding, I began to build batches of low-fidelity prototypes. These explorations led to discussions amongst the engineering team, and founders, to help direct the vision to something that mirrored the needs of our users and company as a whole. Based on the initial research and details, I’ve established key goals and created an entire user flow.
