Project Description: Before Stackdrop’s involvement, Saxo Bank's marketing operations were highly manual, with ad submissions scattered across disconnected tools and status tracking handled separately through Podio. Local marketing teams lacked a clear, centralized workflow, leading to delays, miscommunication, and a heavy administrative load when launching ad campaigns across multiple markets.

Stackdrop partnered with Saxo Bank to design and build a custom Marketing OS using Retool. The new platform became a centralized hub where marketing managers could easily submit ad requests, track production progress, manage approvals (market, legal, media teams), and push campaigns live—all in one place.

The Marketing OS automates critical steps in the ad production cycle, provides real-time visibility into submission statuses, and integrates seamlessly with Saxo’s existing platforms like Bannerflow (for ad creative management) and Podio (for internal project management and scrum workflows).

Thanks to this solution, Saxo Bank transformed a previously fragmented, manual process into a streamlined, scalable system that supports collaboration across 20+ markets, speeds up campaign launches, and ensures operational transparency across teams.
