EaseAccess | Product Development & Delivery

I led development of EaseAccess from scratch at Zone7. The product supports website accessibility in the WordPress ecosystem. My role covered requirements, priorities and coordination across the delivery team.

I coordinated development, QA and release readiness, keeping product requirements connected to the work being delivered. My contribution was delivery leadership across the team.
