FarmFaith | Blockchain Traceability Platform Delivery

At ByteAlly, I managed implementation of FarmFaith, a blockchain-based fish-traceability platform for Bangladesh’s aquaculture sector. My responsibilities combined project coordination, business analysis and stakeholder communication.

I also supported adoption among fish farmers and other aquaculture users with varied digital literacy and limited access to technology. My work connected platform delivery with the practical needs of the people using it.
