Generative AI Enterprise Search Platform | Project Delivery

At Alagzoo Software Services, I managed delivery of a white-label SaaS platform for enterprise document and data search, built using Azure Cognitive Search and Azure OpenAI Service.

My responsibilities covered the product requirements document, delivery planning, development coordination, QA and acceptance. I worked with the team to translate business requirements into planned development work and verify the delivered functionality against the agreed scope.

The platform was delivered for enterprise subscription use. This case study highlights my project management contribution; client information and internal implementation details are omitted.
