Persona Partners provides HR advisory, recruitment services, and career consultations, including CV reviews, for candidates.

The goal was a new site from scratch that speaks to two audiences, organizations looking for HR support and candidates looking for jobs or career advice, without splitting the experience in two. She came with a color palette and typography and gave me freedom on everything else.

I designed the site directly in Framer and built a CMS-driven job listings system with filtering, so she can publish and manage openings without touching the layout.

I started with a questionnaire and a meeting to get the brief straight: what she offers, who she's talking to, what the site needs to do for each audience. She gave me the color palette and fonts and left the rest to me.

I proposed building directly in Framer instead of starting in Figma. It's faster, and it let her see real progress from day one instead of waiting on static mockups.

Her source copy was long. A large part of the work was restructuring it into readable blocks without cutting what she wanted to say.

For page structure, I followed patterns users already recognize from HR and recruitment sites, rather than inventing something new: separate service pages for organizations and candidates, a standard job listings flow, no experimental navigation.

For photography, the brief asked to step away from typical office stock but haven't specified how. I proposed motion-blurred abstract imagery and floral, office-adjacent artwork instead of handshakes and desk photos that added creativity and warmth to the page.

Job listings run on a CMS collection structured around her existing job ad format. Every field is optional, if she skips a section, it just doesn't show on the page. Candidates can filter the listings.

I handed the CMS off fully: walked her through it live and recorded a video tutorial for her to reference later.

Framer doesn't support native file uploads, so I integrated Tally to handle CV submissions. She needed two separate forms, one for candidates applying to a specific job, one for speculative applications, each with its own consent step.
