The website serves as the company's digital storefront and credibility hub for B2B enquiries.
It showcases their full product and service range — hydraulic excavator parts, drill parts, industrial gearbox spares, alloy process equipment, and glass-lined equipment — alongside a project gallery, company certificates, and a contact page for business enquiries.

Goals

Build a complete, production-ready industrial website from scratch using HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Translate a 25-year-old offline manufacturing reputation into a credible, modern online presence.
Structure a large, varied product/service catalog (multiple categories, each with distinct specs and use-cases) into a clear, navigable layout.
Handle contact and enquiry submissions server-side via PHP, so business leads reach the client reliably without relying on third-party form services.
Ensure the site works smoothly for a non-technical industrial client to maintain and update over time.

Challenges

The product range spanned several unrelated categories — gears and spline shafts, hydraulic excavator parts, drill parts, gearbox spares, alloy process equipment, glass-lined equipment, fabrication work — each with different specs, imagery, and audiences. Structuring this without collapsing into a generic, undifferentiated catalog took a deliberate content architecture: consistent card/section templates that could flex per category without looking templated or repetitive.
The project gallery needed to display a large volume of real manufacturing and fabrication photos at high visual quality, without tanking page load speed. This meant building a lightweight, dependency-free JS layer for gallery interactions (filtering/lightbox-style viewing) while keeping image weight and load times under control — important for an industrial audience often browsing on slower connections or older devices.
Company certificates needed to be presented in a way that reads as credible proof (ISO-type certifications, quality marks) rather than buried documents — requiring a dedicated, easy-to-scan layout distinct from the product pages. The contact/enquiry flow needed genuine PHP-based server-side handling — validating input, formatting, and routing submissions to the client's email — rather than a static mailto link, since enquiry volume and reliability mattered for a business generating real sales leads.
Since the site was built without a JS framework, keeping interactions (navigation, gallery, forms) consistent and bug-free across pages required careful, disciplined vanilla JavaScript rather than component-based state management — more manual, but kept the site fast and dependency-light. Full responsiveness had to be maintained across a content-heavy, image-heavy site — product grids, galleries, and certificate displays all needed to reflow cleanly from desktop down to mobile without losing hierarchy or becoming cluttered.

Outcomes

The result is a fast, credible, fully responsive industrial website that gives a well-established manufacturing business the professional online presence to match its 25+ years of offline reputation — with a working enquiry pipeline that turns site visitors into qualified leads.
