As a UX/UI designer, I'm working with Diverzum to deliver a full redesign of their platform, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience and visual appeal. Diverzum is dedicated to providing unlimited student discounts to help students maximize their student years by accessing exclusive offers, coupon codes, and discounts from their favorite brands.

The primary goal of this project is to create an intuitive, seamless, and engaging experience for students. By revamping the platform's interface, navigation, and user flows, we aim to make it easier for students to discover and take advantage of the wide range of discounts and offers available.

Discovery and Research: Begin by understanding Diverzum's goals and objectives, as well as the needs and expectations of the target audience—students. This includes analyzing the current platform, reviewing user feedback, and conducting market research to gather insights.

User Personas and Journey Mapping: Create user personas representing different types of students who use the platform. Map out their journeys to understand their experiences and identify pain points or areas for improvement.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline the new structure and layout of the platform. This step focuses on optimizing navigation and user flows for a smoother experience.

Visual Design: Create a fresh visual design that aligns with Diverzum's brand and appeals to the student demographic. This includes selecting color schemes, typography, and imagery that enhance the overall aesthetic.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests with real users to gather feedback on the wireframes and prototypes. Use this input to make iterative improvements and refine the design.

Development Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Maintain open communication throughout the development process to address any challenges or changes.

By following this process, Diverzum can achieve a redesigned platform that not only meets the needs of students but also elevates their experience, making it easier for them to access exclusive discounts and offers.
