Project Summary: To build my personal brand and demonstrate my expertise in AI automation, product growth, and startup marketing, I developed a streamlined AI video workflow that helps me consistently publish high-quality short-form content.

What I Did:

Created weekly video content (15s – 2 mins) using AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, and editing

Designed a content system that generates ideas from my niche topics (growth, AI, product)

Used ElevenLabs and Heygen to produce videos without recording or editing manually

Wrote optimized captions, added trending sounds, and scheduled posts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

Tested formats and messaging to understand what drives views, saves, and engagement

Tools Used: ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Pictory, CapCut, Canva, Notion, Buffer

Outcome: Consistent posting led to a steady increase in profile views, DM inquiries, and client leads for AI & marketing services, validating the effectiveness of the AI content system I now offer to others.
