addConnectWhere every project connects with its ideal agency...

Finding the right agency for a project in France is a real challenge.

→ Too many options → Too much uncertainty → Countless hours wasted comparing offers Without a clear guarantee of quality or fit.
This is the problem i help Matthias and Antoine to solve through addConnect—an intelligent platform that connects project owners with the right agencies based on precise criteria and a results-driven approach.

💪 The challenge and opportunity

When I joined the project, everything had to be built from scratch
My challenge was to establish a solid foundation for a product that would be both intuitive and distinctive, where project owners were struggling to find the right agency quickly and efficiently.

💡 My design process

Starting the journey by UX research
I conducted an in-depth analysis of various matchmaking platforms to uncover what makes them successful, identify recurring pain points to avoid, and explore new opportunities for innovation that could enhance the user experience.

Then, i conducted a UX survey with project owners and agencies in France to understand their frustrations, pain points, and expectations from a platform like addConnect.

📊 Key insights

Project owners need not just agencies that execute, but "partners" who deeply understand the core of the business and can effectively represent the project's vision and atmosphere.
They care about ensuring that service providers have a proven track record to guarantee quality and reliability.
Agencies are looking for qualified leads with specific budget and service criteria.

What this means for addConnect

The goal isn’t just to list agencies—it’s to structure the matchmaking process so that the right project meets the right agency at the right time.
So i was deciding to design addConnect with a focus on
an intelligent matching system based on clear criteria (budget, expertise, industry, availability).
a guided and intuitive way for project owners to define their needs.
a way for agencies to stand out through proven expertise and client feedback.
These efforts ensured that addConnect is designed primarily with users in mind, addressing their pain points. But what about the business owners? What were their priorities at this stage?
Antoine is an SEO expert, and he highlighted a key business objective: publishing specific strategic pages as quickly as possible.
Their marketing strategy relied on an early SEO positioning to drive traffic and establish the product’s visibility before the full launch.
My challenge was to find the right balance between user needs identified through UX research and the founders' business priorities.
Rather than designing each page separately in isolation, we defined a core set of essential features for the MVP.
Based on UX insights and business/SEO goals, we used the prioritization matrix to classify features according to their immediate impact and feasibility.

All is set to start the visual journey!

Wireframing, my favorite part :)

I don’t like wasting time drawing abstract shapes that lack structure. That’s why I prefer mid-fidelity wireframes: they focus on information architecture, use real text, and give clients a concrete preview of the final design. At this stage, UI is not my priority.
Before wireframing, I go through a crucial phase: site mapping, copywriting, UX writing, and wording. This ensures I work with real content from the start, giving my design more meaning and impact.
