I then conducted an in-depth virtual interview with the customer, where I really got to understand the company's origin story, success metrics, and vision for the future. After the interview, I spent about three weeks writing the case study copy, working with the design team on visual display, reaching back out to the customer for clarifications, and doing final edits with the content team. Once the case study was ready to be published, I strategized on best methods of distribution, which often included social media, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
