FemiCora is a Berlin-based pelvic-health education brand founded by women's health physiotherapist Katarzyna Karpińska.
ALETRA developed the brand identity, digital direction, website structure, photography direction and educational content system to translate specialist knowledge into communication that feels clear, credible and human.

Pelvic health is complex, personal and often communicated at one of two extremes: too clinical or too superficial.
FemiCora needed to hold both sides: professional expertise and human accessibility.
The goal was not to make the subject feel less serious.
It was to make it easier to approach.
Your pelvic floor is already part of everyday life.
Breathing, movement, exercise, bladder and bowel habits, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and intimate health can all involve it — yet many people first encounter the subject only after a symptom appears.
That became the strategic foundation of FemiCora:
Education · Prevention · Understanding · Movement · Confidence
Make complex health information feel worth engaging with.
Informed without becoming clinical.
Feminine without becoming stereotypical.
Soft without losing authority.
Accessible without becoming superficial.
The visual identity was designed to move away from two familiar extremes: cold clinical communication and generic wellness branding.
Warm beige creates calm. Baby blue introduces clarity. Butter yellow and apricot add warmth and optimism. Charcoal keeps the system grounded and legible.
The result is a visual language that feels welcoming without losing professional authority.
Playfair Display brings warmth and character.
DM Sans keeps educational and functional information clear and accessible.
Together, they balance empathy with professional clarity.
Pelvic health covers many different experiences.
Instead of presenting people with a wall of medical terminology, the information was organised around clear areas that reflect the questions people are more likely to have.
Pain & intimate health — Discomfort, tension and intimacy — communicated clearly and without embarrassment.
Bladder & bowel support — Urgency, leakage, habits and the relationship between everyday behaviour and pelvic-floor function.
Pregnancy & postpartum — Changes during pregnancy, recovery after birth and a clearer route back to strength.
Movement & prevention — Breathing, pressure and training — building understanding before symptoms become the starting point.
The structure allows specialist knowledge to remain accurate while becoming easier to navigate.
The website was structured around the questions users actually need answered:
What is FemiCora?
Who is it for?
What can I learn?
How can I take part?
Who is behind the information?
Clear hierarchy, concise language and accessible navigation allow the expertise to lead without overwhelming the user.
The website is designed to work as more than a presentation of services.
It becomes part of the educational experience itself.
The visual direction deliberately avoids presenting pelvic health only through treatment rooms and medical imagery.
Instead, the photography places education inside real life: movement, conversation, outdoor training, demonstration and human interaction.
Outdoors — Movement in an everyday environment. A field, a mat, two people training.
The hands — Show the technique. Explain the reason behind it.
The teaching — Understanding comes before instruction.
Real-time feedback — Making something normally invisible easier to see.
Biofeedback — Understand it. See it. Learn how it responds.
The practitioner remains present, but education stays at the centre of the story.
Specialist topics are translated into clear, visual, evidence-informed educational material covering pelvic-floor function, bladder and bowel health, movement and exercise, breathing and pressure, pregnancy and postpartum, prevention and common misconceptions.
The goal is not to simplify the subject until it loses meaning.
It is to explain it well enough that people can engage with it.
Consistent education gives FemiCora a recognisable voice across social media, workshops and digital experiences.
FemiCora was founded by Katarzyna Karpińska, Women's Health Physiotherapist.
The brand was created to make pelvic-health knowledge more understandable and approachable — not only when symptoms are already present, but as part of broader education and prevention.
The founder's expertise gives the brand its authority.
The identity gives that expertise a language people can recognise.
FemiCora now has a clear strategic position, a recognisable visual identity, a designed digital experience ready to launch and an educational content system designed to grow with the brand.
Early organic activity generated:
8K+ social views
100% organic follower growth
5+ workshop invitations
First paid workshop confirmed
But the larger transformation is structural.
Specialist knowledge is no longer presented as isolated information.
It now belongs to one coherent brand.
Expertise → Identity → Education → Digital Experience → Trust
