World Surf League | Tahiti 2024 Collection

Creative Direction & Design Direction: Vic Rojo Apparel Design: Vic Rojo, Danny Crossley, Anna Offord Illustration: Vic Rojo, Danny Crossley Project Management: Sophie Offord As part of our long-standing partnership with the World Surf League, we were invited to create a merchandise collection for the 2024 Olympics in Teahupo’o, Tahiti—home to one of the world’s most iconic waves. The brief: design a unified range for six nations with WSL athletes - Brazil, France, Japan, USA, Italy and Australia. At the heart of the collection was the powerful, unmistakable shape of the Teahupo’o wave. We paired this with native flora and fauna from each country, crafting distinct yet connected designs. Each nation had its own colour story, signature animal and botanical elements, all tied together by our illustrated wave. To bring consistency across 125+ products - apparel, accessories, and hardware - we introduced a minimalist badge system featuring each country’s name, a stylised flag and “Tahiti 2024.”
