As a skilled assistant to the senior project manager, I successfully helped plan and manage an IT infrastructure project using MS Project.

As an assistant to the senior project manager, I played a critical role in project planning and management. I collaborated closely with the senior project manager to develop a comprehensive work breakdown structure (WBS) that effectively captured all project tasks and deliverables.

Using MS Project, I added dependencies between tasks, ensuring that the project timeline was accurate and realistic. I then created a detailed project timeline, highlighting key milestones and deliverables to be achieved throughout the project's lifecycle.

In addition to MS Project, I utilized Monday.com to create user-friendly dashboards that provided stakeholders with a clear and concise overview of project progress. These dashboards were highly customizable and allowed stakeholders to drill down into specific project details as needed. By leveraging Monday.com, I was able to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders, ultimately leading to a successful project outcome.

To help the senior project manager stay on top of project progress, I created a look-ahead plan, which identified upcoming tasks and potential roadblocks that could impact project timelines. Additionally, I generated regular project reports, which provided stakeholders with valuable insights into project status, risks, and opportunities.
