This concept focuses on clarity, collaboration, and project visibility in one unified workspace.
- Clean monthly overview with clear task distribution
- Color-coded projects for instant context
- Integrated colleague availability (Focus mode, OOO, Available)
- Quick visibility into meetings, design critiques, releases, and checkpoints
- Seamless navigation between mini calendar and full view
The goal was simple:
Reduce cognitive load while giving teams a powerful way to plan, track, and collaborate.
Every detail, from subtle color indicators to compact task previews was designed to make busy schedules feel structured and manageable.
