Vanguard is one of the worlds largest investment companies that offers a broad selection of investment products and services. I was part of a cross-functional team responsible for creating a new digital strategy for the Vanguard Canada’s marketing site.
With the help of the Vanguard team, relevant stakeholders and workshops we were able to gain an understanding what pain points their team and users had with the existing website. At the end of the project we presented a strategic plan, vision and roadmap for how we would resolve these problems. The Vanguard leadership team was thrilled with the plan and our work set the foundation for future work to redesign and develop the new marketing site which is now live.
