As her virtual assistant and community manager of WAC community, I am responsible for setting up systems to update email campaigns and newsletters, maintaining the community engaged and informed about new programs in the app, updating content and notifications in the app, and create strategies to build customer loyalty

Tasks:

Email Management: set up emails, workflows, segments for different situations: Onboarding, Cancellations, Failed Payments, Newsletter, Challenges Guide, etc.

Community management and design: plan marketing strategy, design posts and stories for app launch, program launches and challenges.

Copywriting: write app notifications, content scripts and messages.

Membership Administration: solve app technical issues, attend customer's problems and questions, payment issues and database update.

Retention strategies: Gather customer feedback with testimonials and weekly messages.
