Shopify CRO & Bike Store Redesign
Led the redesign and conversion rate optimization (CRO) of a Shopify bike ecommerce store with the goal of improving user experience, increasing customer engagement, and driving higher online sales. The project included a complete optimization of the homepage, collection pages, product pages, navigation structure, and checkout flow to create a seamless shopping experience across desktop and mobile devices.
Implemented data-driven CRO strategies such as improved visual hierarchy, stronger call-to-action placement, trust badges, customer reviews, optimized product content, mobile-first design, and faster page performance to reduce friction throughout the buying journey.
