This is a solo design exploration built around one question: why do freelancers and small agencies still get blindsided by late payments?

Before opening Figma, I spent time researching the actual pain — using AI as a research partner to map where money leaks happen in creative businesses. Three problems kept surfacing:

① Late payments nobody sees coming ② Scope creep that never gets billed ③ Cash flow that's completely unpredictable

So I designed around those. Not the other way around.

Client payment risk scoring — low, medium, and high risk segmentation across all clients
