Managing 178 invoices sounds overwhelming 😩. Until you design it right.
This is Oxtrice — an AI-native invoice & cash flow dashboard I designed for freelancers and small teams who need clarity, not chaos.
A few things I focused on:
↳ Scannable hierarchy — the most critical info (amount, due date, status) lands instantly without hunting
↳ Overview stats up top — Outstanding vs Paid at a glance, so you know where you stand before scrolling
↳ Flexible bulk actions — select multiple invoices, mark status, send reminders. Fewer clicks, less friction
Good UX isn't about adding features. It's about making the right things effortless.

Oxtrice - AI-Native Invoice & Cash Flow Dashboard
Most invoice tools show you what happened. Oxtrice tells you what's coming.
This is a solo design exploration built around one question: why do freelancers and small agencies still get blindsided by late payments?
Before opening Figma, I spent time researching the actual pain — using AI as a research partner to map where money leaks happen in creative businesses. Three problems kept surfacing:
① Late payments nobody sees coming
② Scope creep that never gets billed
③ Cash flow that's completely unpredictable
So I designed around those. Not the other way around.
What's inside:
Revenue briefing dashboard — received, awaiting, overdue, and AI-predicted income at a glance
Cash flow forecast — 9-month projection with received vs predicted vs overdue breakdown
Client payment risk scoring — low, medium, and high risk segmentation across all clients
AI Briefing panel — proactive alerts for overdue invoices, undetected scope creep, and payment likelihood
The result:
A dashboard that doesn't just display numbers — it tells you what needs your attention today, and what's coming next month. Designed for freelancers and small agencies who are done guessing.
